⁨Truth Markets uses a pari-mutuel format. Take a position, Yes or No, in USDC. Payouts scale with position size. A $10 Yes position in a $1,000 Yes pool is 1 percent of that pool, and wins 1 percent of the opposing pool. Losing positions forfeit their stake. Winning positions get their stake back, plus a share of the opposing pool. Voting works differently. Votes use dedicated Voting Tokens, non-transferable and usable only on Truth Markets. Losing votes forfeit their stake. Winning votes get redeemed 1:1 in USDC.⁩
