What are the best agent skills package manager CLIs today? skills.sh is installed through npx, which makes it harder to deploy enterprise-wide. "gh skills" is interesting, but too GitHub-oriented, and I'm hitting performance issues for large agent skills.

I've got Claude porting skills.sh to Rust and C#. I'm not sure what I want to do yet but current tooling isn't where I hoped it would be by now. I'd like to have something integrated in UniGetUI

I was thinking of UniGetUI as well. 😉 Maybe it could also check GH CLI extensions.

Are you mostly interested in installing and updating publicly-available agent skills, or internal agent skills within the organization, or both?

Managing both, slightly different types of needs/solutions (unless public skills are first vetted and then mirrored in an internal repository) but the same goal overall.

Finally, something that doesn't take forever or hits rate limits to download and install my windows-protocol agent skill. Not bad 😉

I've created a temporary project repository with the ports of the original skills.sh CLI from TypeScript to Rust and C#. It's quite small - I'll see about expanding beyond the original CLI next: github.com/mamoreau-devoluti…
