2 games were missed, fair enough, 2 black marks, you’re allowed 3
1 - brother died, missed Chelsea
1 - best friend died, missed Bournemouth
Bad enough to lose the pair of season tickets from next season, but to refund and take back ALL tickets for THIS season is utterly ludicrous behaviour by the club.
