What dopey moron Aaronovitch deliberately decides to misunderstand is there is nothing wrong with ethnicity as a component of nationalism, every other nation with a millennium of history accepts that, just as there is nothing wrong with accepting the gentle blurring at the edges over centuries which have produced integrated extensions to the English population.
