I'm hiring a GTM Engineer for Revenue Systems at Warp. The role: own the systems and infra our revenue motion runs on. Salesforce, Snowflake, Clay, Outreach, Gong. You write the SQL, build the data models and automations, and decide what the numbers actually mean. We're going from a handful of reps to 100+. Most of the infrastructure for that doesn't exist yet. You build it. You'll work with me, Ryan Murdock (built GTM ops as employee #35 at Ramp), and Thiago Bocayuva (ex sales leader at Brex). checking in on the frontier in SF this week

Warp is taking over San Francisco with 32 billboards and 8 buses this month. This is our first major out-of-home campaign, so we flew the whole team out to see it in person. The campaign says one thing: move at warp speed, but never lose sight of the people building things that matter. We picked that line because of where a team's hours actually go. Nobody starts a company to run payroll or answer a letter from the state. They start it to build something, and the thing that gets built first is always a team. Every hour spent on filings and forms is an hour not spent on the people you hired. One of our panels says colonizing Mars requires AGI. Another says hire humans, pay them on Warp. Even in a world with agents, the ambitious stuff still gets built by people, and the more of your time that goes to them, the faster it gets built. Our job is to make everything else disappear so you spend time on what matters - finding the right hires, retaining them and building the culture they stay for.
