Brands will spend 8M today per ad. We spent less than 50k on this ad I had the privilege to write and direct. It’s been seen by 40+ Million. And there is not a single ad in my career that I cared more about or am as proud of.

Title IX protections are for girls. “On the basis of sex” is how it’s written. There are no title IX protections for LGBT students. Just for girls.

No, it’s erasing the “right” for males to impose their will on women - without consent- by declaring themselves to be women and then demanding their sports and spaces. Which isn’t a right, it’s demand based on entitlement. “Humans Rights”. Just not for women and girls, right @HRC ?
BREAKING: The Trump administration is erasing protections for LGBTQ+ kids and survivors of sexual assault in school settings without an opportunity for public comment. Trump’s Department of Education has abandoned its duty to protect students from sex discrimination and sexual violence in schools.

Genital examinations, oh my!!!
Sen. Dick Durbin just suggested measures to protect women's sports would subject female athletes to "innapropriate gender verification checks."

Whatever the solution, if it mandates government get involved in ai oversight, it’s bound to make every problem - perceived or real - 10x worse. Ai companies would love to get in bed with Big Gov and put moat around themselves and their businesses while declaring its all for your safety. Buyer beware.

Dove partners with Nike on a campaign to build body confidence so that girls stay in sports longer. Apparently Dove doesn't care at all if girls get mowed down on the court or field by boys. Or have to stand down and give their roster spots or trophies to boys. That won't affect girls' confidence at all, according to @Dove.
The predominately women’s personal care brand @Dove partnered with Portland’s Sports Bra and comped all of the food and drinks this weekend. The sponsorship’s described as an effort to support women’s sports. This comes after Sports Bra kicked out and denied service to a group of people wearing @xx_xyathletics shirts last week. The bar then released a statement supporting men (trans) in women’s sports.

Really enjoyed this convo with Chase Spears about advertising, courage, women’s sports and using your gifts for something that matters. Thanks for having me on, @DrChaseSpears .
The industry wanted him to kneel. He didn’t. @bac37 made Super Bowl spots for Taco Bell and Pepsi—then got cast aside for refusing to play along with the woke movement. Now he’s CCO @xx_xyathletics, fighting for girls in sports. Integrity over applause, this week on #FindingYourSpine. @HerzogEducation youtube.com/watch?v=MQNYrgzx…

Nike stock down 68% since the Dylan Mulvaney social media campaign. They made a lot of other mistakes. But this certainly didn't help matters.
BREAKING: Nike is set to be removed from the S&P 100 after nearly 18 years. The stock is now down almost 80% from its 2021 peak, turning one of the market’s most iconic consumer brands into one of its biggest recent disappointments.

The first order of business: defining a woman. Seems like a solid first meeting for the new WNBA commish.
🚨 LMAO! Former NBA star Enes Kanter Freedom reveals his first act as next WNBA Commissioner would be to bring a DICTIONARY into the room and tell them what woman means "I actually would love to. The first thing I'd do: I will bring a dictionary and tell the whole task force what a WOMAN is!" 😂😂
