Clarification:
- Pika is all about sensible management of es6 module repos
- Pika, however, does not attempt to convert non es6 repos to es6. I.e. does not use Rollup & the CJS plugin or other stunts

@rwieruch Hi Robin. I started in on RoadToReact and immediately ran into a problem: I use es6 modules. And apparently I cannot use import with React w/ vanilla JS. Instead horrible workflow is needed w/ Babel & Webpack.
Is this correct?
