We have already shared that Claymons is launching a token. Now we can share when it launches and what it will do. The Claymons token launches this Monday, September 28, through the StonkBrokers launchpad. At launch, 10% of the total supply will be reserved: 5% will be airdropped to Claymons holders. 2% will be airdropped to selected friendly communities. 3% will go to the Claymons treasury to support future ecosystem needs, such as provide liquidity where needed. The remaining 90% will be available to purchase through the launchpad. Claymons holders are the priority in our distribution. Our first milestone is graduating the token. Once the token reaches the required threshold, trading moves from the Stockbrokers bonding curve to a decentralized exchange pool with liquidity. The selected communities are Stray Cars, CCFF00 Square holders, Robin Rabbits, Robinhood Migos, Suited Apes and StonkBrokers. Eligible holders from these communities will receive a smaller allocation. The token will have two major uses. The first is an improved version of a strategy many of you saw last year. Creator fees generated by token trading will be used to buy Claymons from the floor. But we are changing what happens next. Those Claymons will not sit in the project treasury. We will distribute them back to holders. Our goal is not for the project to become the biggest Claymons holder. We want the people who collect, hold and support Claymons to benefit from those purchases. Those rewards will be guided through a leaderboard, tracking more than wallet size. We will look at how many Claymons you hold, how long you have held them without listing or selling and how actively you support Claymons on the timeline. Other metrics will be included as well. Your activity and standing on the leaderboard will help determine who receives the Claymons bought with creator fees. The second use comes with Claymons evolutions and the next generation. Holders will be able to make cosmetic upgrades, such as changing a Claymon’s color or adding a new trait. These actions will require burning a small amount of the token. That gives the token an active role inside the Claymons ecosystem as it grows. These are the two major uses we are ready to reveal.
