You have a 1st amendment right to burn the US flag only when and where it's legal to burn objects. Texas passed a law that prohibited the burning of the US flag. That is what SCOTUS ruled unconstitutional. Neutral public safety laws against starting fires do no violate the 1A.

No I don't agree. You obviously didn't listen to a word he said. He's not running a candidate in every race. He's targeting 8-10 congressional seats and 2 Senate seats. This can be done in districts where a Democrat can't win even with a split vote. Now I'm starting to wonder who really are the ones being paid.
