China's economy started stalling 2021, and no one seems to have noticed. The structural issues in its economy are going to be almost impossible to overcome. There isn't going to be the money to maintain a lot of the impressive infrastructure they have built post financial crises. "In the past five years, China’s augmented deficit (which includes off-budget spending) has reached nearly 15 per cent of GDP, higher than any other major country, pushing augmented government debt to 135 per cent of GDP. Unlike the US and most other countries, China has rapidly mounting debts in the private sector as well.
