After watching the US Open, I learned how Frances Tiafoe's reinvigorated his career by doing the 75 Hard challenge. However, it's more a health / fitness challenge. I've been in a bit of a rut, so I decided to embark on one tailored for me, so I designed my own: 75 Solid.
