Little known fact about me. I think most who know my past contest story know I won the first Circa booby prize in 2020 (also finished tied 47th with my other Circa Millions entry that year), but in 2019 I was leading the Golden Nugget Ultimate Handicapping Challenge heading into the last week of selections (Team MM). While Temple outgained Army 8.8 to 5.2 YPP, they somehow lost 21-17 and failed to cover the +3.5.
Let's not forget that this is the same Temple team that blew a 14pt lead with a little over a minute left last week and lost in OT to Toledo.

Well, it all comes down to one final game for my MLB season win totals.
Red Sox under 87.5 wins will be determined on the final game of the season. For the season currently 1-2 with Boston pending.
Giants under 80.5 ✅
Mariners over 89.5 ❌🤮
Orioles over 85.5 ❌
This is coming off going a perfect 3-0 with my NBA totals.
Can the Cubs wake the fk up and hit for one game?

The NCAA cries 'integrity of the game' crap. Where is the integrity of the game when some teams are allowed 5th year players and some are not? Insane.
At this point SO many 5th years are going to at least start the season active so we need one national lawsuit to just let every 5th year play.
To have some play & some not bc of the lawsuit they're in & their specific judge is ridiculous.
Getting annoyed by the mixed rulings

Congrats to Gill and Kelley for recommending the Brewers #1 seed back in early June. Going back and looking at some MLB futures bets, took the Brewers 9-1 and they cashed last night with the Dodgers losing and Milwaukee holding the tiebreaker.
With Cam more than likely winning the Cy Young (40-1 and 35-1) and the Brewers bet, I will be able to afford the Sushi restaurant you guys went to with Drew and Andy...

Tonight was the Liberty team I thought I would see (not the team that played JMU and Gardner Webb) as I picked them to win CUSA before the season. Long way to go but they looked great especially on offense

BREAKING: Roddy Gayle was just granted a fifth year at Michigan, per a judge's ruling in Niagara Falls, NY. Gayle sued the NCAA and won. The NCAA is expected to appeal.
Gayle is one of the first players seeking a fifth year to win out in a full court hearing.

An update on the Ohio 5-in-5 eligibility case:
The Ohio Supreme Court has denied the players' emergency motion to vacate the stay.
The players in the Ohio case remain ineligible. We are still waiting for a decision from the Court of Appeals after Tuesday's hearing.
The "losing" party from the Court of Appeals decision can still decide to appeal to the Ohio Supreme Court.
