It was discovered that the code execution points were mistakenly omitted from Dan Baston's score for the Lotus 1-2-3 exploit. This was corrected, moving this entry from 4th place to 2nd. Additionally, a typo in the winning entry's score was adjusted. Apologies for the confusion!
