Srry for Delay from Esty hold my fund again 🥲
To all customers who pre-ordered my NIKKE FA T-shirts
I sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping your orders beyond the original schedule 😭
✅After waiting two weeks for customer support to resolve a previous issue, Etsy was supposed to release my funds today. However, as soon as new orders came in, Etsy placed another reserve on my account, freezing my funds once again. I find this system deeply unfair, and to be completely honest, it has been extremely frustrating.
✅To prevent this issue from happening again, I have temporarily placed my shop on Vacation Mode so no new orders can come in until all current funds are fully disbursed into my bank account.
✅In the meantime, I will be extending the handling/shipping times for existing orders. If any order exceeds the system’s maximum time limit and I am unable to ship it in time, I will issue a full refund through the platform. Since the funds are currently frozen, I may have to cover part of the refund out-of-pocket, but I believe this is better than having your money stuck in the system where neither of us can access it.
✅Because printing custom T-shirts requires preparation, Etsy's continuous hold on my funds has completely derailed my fulfillment schedule. Moving forward, I am considering taking direct orders outside of the platform for non-EU customers. (For EU customers, I will continue using Etsy as it handles complex VAT regulations directly, which benefits both of us).
