If you have an iPhone, you can get widgetsmith on the app store and try this. Make a folder in photos for ‘adiyah and create a widget on the home screen so you can recite whatever comes up ان شاء الله

Not about flexing, but I do feel very grateful in this regard. No doc will charge me (even for laser), everyone on speed dial, can get patient admissions into any hospital. Even on my worst days, someone is helped through my network, if not through my knowledge.
Becoming a Medical Doctor will always be a flex. Imagine being in a space where you are able to have Neurosurgeons, Pediatricians, Cardiologists, Gynecologists all on speed dial in the case of an emergency. The network is amazing, don’t take this opportunity for granted.

May I suggest exercise for the mind
what vitamin deficiency is it when you can only leave your house for a prolonged activity if you have both the day before and the day after off to prepare and recover, respectively

What do you want someone to do for you? Ask
Exactly and when you finally get to the point where you force yourself to go and ask for help everyone just goes, “You’re so strong, you got this, you’ll figure it out like you always do👍🏾”, INSTEAD OF ACTUALLY FUCKING HELPING YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

clarity of desire is really amongst the most underrated forms of rizq. it’s so important to know what you want. if you don’t know, even better, ask Him to show you.
Been thinking about this for the past few days

You’re experiencing barakah
When you get up by 4am, you can do more between that time and 11am, than when you wake up by 7 or 8am. I don't know how to explain it but it feels like you have more than 24 hours in a day when you're up by 4am.

some may say this is a perfect relationship. but actually it is a nightmare. both parties are fundamentally out of touch with reality, doomed to exist in parallel delusion that forecloses the possibility of true intimacy
Rabbits show dominance by demanding to be groomed, while cats show dominance by grooming the other. A perfect relationship

It’s bought with money
hayatta en sevdiğim şey mutlu aileler görmek. tüm kardeşler hayatını kurmuş, anne babanın keyfi yerinde evlerinde ve sağlıklılar. sıklıkla görüşüp geniş sofralarda oturuyolar. aile grupları var şakalaşıyorlar orda. parayla satın alınamayacak bir saadet

The key to having a social life as an adult is to keep making new friends. Most friendships don't survive a change in circumstances. Someone moves cities, has children, drops out of a shared hobby and the friendship quietly fizzles away. Adult life is full of these changes, big and small. Most friendless adults were people who just clung to an shrinking OG circle from school/university until it was just them.

Good take
Replying to @sanusiyeh
Unpopular opinion but some female students simply dont advance in their studies as their psyche cant Hack the manner in which Trad Asa’tidha tend to conduct their lessons Ie - no spoon-feeding & constant re-iteration of content & limited interaction beyond a Q & A, if that

Your brain didn’t throw it away, you just absorbed it in thought & behavioural patterns, it’s not fake
i feel like such a fake reader because even though i read a lot, i immediately forget almost everything i read 😭 it’s not like i skim through books either, i actually take my time to read and understand them, but my brain just throws everything away after a few days

Great research idea
I get the sense the massive rise in adult ADHD may have a lot to do with the decline in cigarette smoking.

I think it has more to do with passion for your craft, writing requires discipline and research. Good work isn’t rewarded in mainstream, easy fiction anymore.
hot take: academic rivals to lovers, charismatic villains & court intrigue are all tropes/plots that are poorly written by modern authors cause they inherently require highly intelligent/academic characters. and these new writers raised on fanfics are not well read enough for any
