βOn September 15, Michael was in Moscow, Russia, to perform a concert. The allegations were taking a toll on him. Michael's musical director, Brad Buxer, recounted how the two created the song "Stranger in Moscow" that morning: "Michael's going through a lot, as you can imagine.... So, he calls me at 10:30 in the morning to come to his hotel.
