How do you know which part of your SMB actually needs software? 💡One good place to look is where everyday work is getting harder to manage. More data. More manual steps. More people involved. More time spent finding or updating information.

Try following one real process from beginning to end. 🔎 Where does someone have to re-enter information, search for an update, switch between tools, or wait for another person? That’s often a good clue about where software could make a real difference. We know our colleagues by their job titles. But there’s plenty you won’t find there. So we asked a few questions that had absolutely nothing to do with work. 😄 The answers range from tea and coffee to comfort movies, favorite dishes, different ways to switch off, and a playlist with plenty of personality. Take a look and get to know the team in a slightly different way. And now, your turn: ☕ What’s in your cup right now? 🎬 What movie or series would you recommend for tonight? Someone might be looking for their next favorite. #WorkCulture #EmployeeExperience #Bitrix24

ALT A few questions. A lot of personality. ☕🎬🍝🎧🌿

The tools and services behind day-to-day work can vary from one team to the next. A team might handle customer conversations through WhatsApp. Another may run its online store through Shopify, take payments through Stripe, or rely on a specialized service for a particular task. The tools may differ, but the work around them still needs to stay connected. That’s where the Bitrix24 Market comes in. With 700+ apps, teams can connect services they already use to their Bitrix24 workspace or add a capability when a particular business need comes up. Here are a few practical examples: 💬 Customer conversations: Connect WhatsApp, Telegram, or Viber with Bitrix24 and keep customer messages closer to the work and context your team already manages. 📥 Data migration: Move existing information from platforms such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Trello into Bitrix24 instead of starting over with an empty database. 🛒 Online sales: Connect Shopify or WooCommerce and keep sales activity closer to the customer information and processes your team already uses. 💳 Payments: Connect services such as Stripe and keep payment options part of the broader sales process. 📞 Telephony: Bring your preferred phone service into Bitrix24 so call activity and customer information can stay closer to the deal. 🤖 AI: Add assistants and chatbots that can answer common questions, qualify leads, or summarize deal history. The needs are different, but the idea is simple: adding another service doesn't have to mean creating another disconnected place for your team to work. The #Bitrix24Market gives teams more ways to connect the tools they rely on with the work already managed in #Bitrix24. We’ve also put together a quick video covering seven practical ways Market apps can extend your workspace.

A signed deal isn't necessarily ready for project delivery. The risky gap is the handoff between sales and delivery. If the project team has to reconstruct what was promised after the contract is signed, scope can start changing before the first task is even assigned. A good sales-to-delivery handoff prevents that.

Getting that source of truth ready takes more than copying sales notes into a project. The process starts before the deal closes: 1. Capture before close → goals, deliverables, exclusions, dependencies, custom requests, risks 2. Validate the scope → feasibility, client inputs, technical requirements, assumptions, capacity 3. Confirm the commercial side → pricing, terms, discounts, contract conditions From there: 4. Package the handoff → bring the approved information together 5. Review the transition → catch issues before work begins 6. Get delivery acceptance → confirm the project is actually ready to move forward

Delivery acceptance gives the handoff a clear outcome: Accept → ready to execute Accept with conditions → issues have owners and deadlines Reject → something material is still unresolved Red flags include an unapproved custom deliverable, an ownerless dependency, conflicting contract language, or an unvalidated technical requirement. The handoff and the kickoff serve different purposes. The handoff transfers deal context and execution risk. The internal kickoff organizes the project. The client kickoff confirms the working plan. One simple test: Could the project owner explain what was promised without asking sales to reconstruct the deal? If not, delivery isn't ready yet.

A public-sector sales opportunity rarely stays in one place. For Easy CIP, a single deal can involve calls, emails, website conversations, documents, and plenty of internal collaboration. As the company expanded, keeping all of that connected became increasingly important. The team needed a CRM that could handle long, relationship-driven sales cycles without having to rely on several separate systems. Bitrix24 gave Easy CIP a way to bring sales, marketing, communication, and collaboration together in one place. Today, Easy CIP uses Bitrix24 to: 🔹Track opportunities from inquiry to contract 🔹 Make and log calls 🔹 Run email campaigns 🔹 Manage website live chat 🔹 Keep deal notes and documents together 🔹 Collaborate through chats and video Chris Mills describes Bitrix24 as the “operational backbone” of Easy CIP’s sales and marketing engine. We’re happy to see Bitrix24 supporting Easy CIP as the company continues to grow and take on new opportunities. #GovTech #PublicSector #SalesOperations #CRM #Bitrix24
