Making a quick post about this cause people were jumping to conclusions REAL quick lol. I contacted Vadka but they haven't responded to me, so I'm posting this here. During the time of purchase, I was communicating with an artist friend of mine who had claimed they had worked with this individual before. And while I'm not claiming anything to be true, they had claimed this individual was not professional to work with and gave negative reviews. I took their advice at face value, believed them – which was wrong of me – and fully refunded / blocked this individual to avoid working with them further. But in the screenshots, it honestly looks like I'm blocking for no legitimate reason, and I understand the confusion. I've worked with tons of people, most of which are wonderful. But unfortunately, I do have a lot of commission horror stories. Because of these experiences, I avoid working with certain individuals if I hear anything bad about them. Regarding the TOS and ETAs - not providing ETAs is NOT against Vgen TOS. What IS against Vgen TOS is going past the guaranteed delivery date, which we weren't even close to lol. ETAs are estimated dates, they are not set in stone. All these people claiming I am breaking Vgen TOS - I am literally not. We weren't even close to the guaranteed delivery date. Keep in mind, all of these conversations happened within 24 hours of each other. I mentioned that I *usually* finish skeb mascots within a week, but that's not guaranteed. I am chronically ill, I cannot give ETAs for that exact reason. I ask that people please commission other artists who do, rather than myself. Most other artists offer ETAs and strict deadlines, please commission them if that's what you need. :) Well I could've handled this better, I do not believe I deserved to be put on blast with Vtuber hashtags and throwing my users everywhere for blocking someone. Not to mention, they were fully refunded. I did not scam anyone, I simply just stopped communicating with someone. I do not deserve to be held on blast for blocking someone, it is my right to do so. Regardless, I do think I could've handled it better. That is something I will learn for the future. I'm still waiting for Vadka to respond to me, but in the meantime this is where we are at. I went private cause some individuals were being really childish about this in my replies & DMs rather than waiting for my side. Sending me threats is really not cool.
