Disorganization charges you daily. Structure charges you once. Pick your payment plan.

Spend less time guessing or planning and more time experimenting.

"The objective is not to learn to mimic greatness, but to calibrate our internal meter for greatness. So we can better make the thousands of choices that might ultimately lead to our own great work." —Rick Rubin

Most people overthink which model to use. Context, setup, and prompting decide more than the model ever will. Models change every few months. The skill doesn't.

Now I don't feel so bad anymore when I'm obsessed with which font to use for my app. 😅
font choice matters for your startup

Most people don't lack desire. They lack an honest price. Ask what you're willing to sacrifice instead. The win is always imaginary. The loss is always a reality.

It's remarkable that every information you need to build a successful business is available for free on the internet. All you need is a laptop, time, and the urge to build. What's stopping you?

20 new support tickets. Most people see a backlog. I see research, priced at zero. Every ticket is a customer telling you what's broken and not charging you for the discovery. Be glad they reported it. The worst mistakes are the ones nobody does.

Social Media is the best resilience training that exists. Every post is an exercise: write → publish → get ignored/criticized/followed/unfollowed → repeat tomorrow. Cheapest ego training ever.

What nobody tells you about shipping: - you watch it take 3x longer than you planned - you ship it and no one cares - you add features no one needs - you think you're 90% done, then you start marketing Once you've shipped, you'll never call anyone else's success overnight again.

The version of you in ten years is watching you scroll right now. He just can't say anything. Act like he can.

Tiny X hack: Type “?” to see all keyboard shortcuts. No mouse needed. 🤗 I wish I had known this earlier. And thanks to @BertrandDiouly we also know how to navigate backwards: cmd/window key + left
Shame on me for finding these 2 settings in the @X app by accident. First, I didn’t know you could change the color scheme in the X app. New colors, fresh experience. 🎨 But more importantly, I found keyboard shortcuts. ⌨️ Here are the ones I find most useful: j: next post k: previous post l: like post n: new post r: reply g + h: go to home g + n: go to notifications g + m: go to chats .: refresh timeline What color scheme do you use?

Turbo Agenda has moved up to #9 on Foundrlist 🤗 (out of 92 products in total this week) The goal is to finish in the top 3. You can still vote if you haven't already: foundrlist.com/product/turbo… Thanks to everyone who has supported it so far! 🙏 Shoutout to @BertrandDiouly for reposting it earlier. 🙌
Turbo Agenda is being featured on Foundrlist today. If you want to do me a favor, you can vote for it here: foundrlist.com/product/turbo… I also made a promo video with Claude 😎

I've found my new calling: Logo Animator 😅
I liked the animated logo for my decision app so much that I also created one for Turbo Agenda (my meeting time tracker app). I've discovered a new hobby: logo animations 😅

I never told anyone about this app. A long time ago, I coded a web app for tracking cleaning activities as a weekend project. (Yes, by hand. No AI.) My wife talked me into it. lol Zero users (except my wife and me), and I hadn’t touched it since then. Now I used my leftover Claude-Design tokens to redesign it. It’s very different from what I usually do, but I somehow like the playful pixel style for this kind of app. If you’re always arguing about housework with your partner or roommates, this is for you. But please don’t judge me by this one. 😄 It’s free to use and, to be honest, pretty basic, too. But peace at home is definitely worth it. ☝️ Oh, and if you’re wondering about the name, it’s German for “Cleaning Contest.”
