3+ months of this. @WestJet cancelled a flight for my 2 kids on Dec 26. Rebooked them 2 days later when their Christmas break from school was over. WJ refuse to reimburse. I paid for 4 new flights and a hotel room to get them there faster than WJ could. $0 and 0% accountability.

Thank you @AirCanada for being THE example of a customer service oriented, classy National Airline. @WestJet always lives up to the low-class, poor customer service airline. Today another example of why I hate to fly with @WestJet $139 charge for my bag. Wasn’t overweight with AC
