Make the universities liable for student loans.
Will see a change in behavior very quickly.
Our federal student loan system is allowing financially iIIiterate students in their early 20s to take on up to $200,000+ in debt.
And that debt cannot be discharged in bankruptcy.
These degrees often have a pathway to very mediocre careers of $40K/year.
