Hey Minnesota, we have another company in our state that is not Mn National Guard or Veteran Friendly. This is the second business in CLOQUET MINNESOTA that has shown total disregard for our Combat Veterans. A young man, Combat Veteran and Minnesota National Guard member was fired today, 2 days before Christmas, for what appears to have been providing his employer, through the ESGR, with information regarding the laws and regulation surrounding work scheduling around his National Guard drill weekends. The young man, was apparently told by his employer, shortly after they received the email, that there will be changes, and he was terminated at the end of the day. Please do not support companies that fail to conform to the laws and regulations that protect our service men and women from wrongful termination due to their Service Obligation to our nation, our state and the citizens they serve. Our citizen soldiers and service members deserve better. Please refrain from using this business for your heating and air conditioning needs until this issue is resolved. Please pray for him and his family and feel free to contact all our state legislators and representatives on his behalf. Please share this post far and wide!!!
