I was honoured to be asked to run a bookstall at the @RestoreBritain Southern conference yesterday. It was packed, the speeches were fantastic, and it was lovely meeting so many wonderful people, both new faces and familiar ones. I sold lots of books. The “right-wingers don’t read” line is nonsense. They do. They just don’t buy what the captured publishing industry is pushing.
