there has always been something slightly intimidating about VIP programs. the name itself suggests exclusivity. higher balances with bigger trading volumes and better service. and usually, a subtle message underneath it all that says you need to already be valuable before you can access the benefits reserved for valuable users. that is the traditional VIP model. MEXC has a different approach with its upgraded VVIP system. the first step isn't a giant balance MEXC's new VVIP model is built around three things: M-Score, level and privileges. instead of making a large asset balance or a specified trading volume the entry ticket, MEXC says any registered user can become a VVIP by agreeing to the program's terms. the first level is Standard, and new users receive a starting M-Score of 350 one day after registration. in practical terms, the "zero-threshold" idea means there is no specified asset balance or trading-volume requirement to enter Standard. that's a meaningful change in how VIP access is framed. but zero threshold doesn't mean zero progression there is an important distinction here. Standard is the starting point, not the final destination. MEXC's VVIP structure has three levels: Standard, Premier and Elite. M-Score is dynamic and reflects multiple factors, including trading volume, account assets, activity level, security credit and account tenure. MEXC says the score is updated on a T+1 basis, while higher scores can automatically move users into higher tiers. the current bands are ▼ Standard: 351–599 Premier: 600–799 Elite: 800+ the interesting part is that you don't submit an application every time you want to move up. your M-Score reaches the relevant threshold, and the system automatically upgrades your level. so what does the change actually give you? one of the clearest examples is the MEXC Card's tiered cashback. your VVIP level determines the cashback tier available to you. Standard currently receives 4% cashback, Premier receives 6%, while Elite receives 10%, with monthly cashback caps of 100, 300 and 800 USDT respectively. there is also an important condition. your Card tier for a calendar month is determined by your actual VVIP level on the last day of that month, and the applicable rate and cap apply to that month's eligible spending. so imagine you finish the month as Premier and have 3,000 USDT in eligible Card spending. at 6%, that's 180 USDT in cashback. move into Elite, and the same 3,000 USDT would correspond to 300 USDT at the 10% rate, subject to the relevant monthly cap. the difference isn't simply about spending more. it's about what your M-Score and resulting VVIP level unlock. the bigger idea this is where MEXC's VVIP model becomes more interesting than the usual "VIP = wealthy customer" formula. the system starts with access, then introduces progression. you can enter Standard without first proving that you hold a certain amount of assets or generate a certain trading volume. from there, your M-Score can change with your activity, assets, account setup and engagement. that doesn't make every tier identical. the access point is open, the benefits still become richer as the score rises. and that's perhaps the most useful way to understand the change. don't assume VIP is something you need to qualify for before you can even look through the door. check your M-Score, current VVIP tier and the privileges attached to it. you may already be inside.
