I agree with everything Amon Ra is saying. The offense is not helping out the defense right now. But rather than sneak dissing Drew Petzing on YouTube, fix the issues internally.

Ridiculous Jared Goff stat: On 161 drop backs this season, he's thrown one turnover worthy ball. That includes 53 passes under pressure and 60 plays he was blitzed. He's destroyed defenses when they've sent extra pass rushers.

Does digging for gold and flicking boogers count as a grey area?

Might be time to stop the podcast

Does the Lions' offense need to be better? • 2.5 points/1Q; haven't scored an opening-drive TD • No games of 35+ points • 4.2 yards per rush (16th) • 49.1% third-down conversion rate (14th) • 3.75 punts per game (up from 3.29 in '25, 2.64 in '24) • 5.8 yards per play (9th) • 29:06 average time of possession (22nd) • 175 4th down attempts/game (lowest under MCDC) • 10.1 average yards to go on 4th down • 72% Redzone Conversion Rate into Touchdowns (8th) Yes it does.

What happened to the Dan Campbell culture?

Dan Campbell’s continues to underplay the defense being the main issue of the Detroit Lions struggles right now, stressing they need play better complimentary football in all three phases Avoided a lot of questions thrown his way about the defense

The Lions are averaging 2.5 points in the 1st quarter, ranking 26th in all of football

Hutchinson and McNeill were a dominant duo yesterday and it didn't matter Bryce Young went 10/18 for 138 yards and two touchdowns when under pressure. 7/8 when blitzed for 12.4 The blitzing isn't working right now. 6th-highest blitz rate in the NFL but 19th in QB Hurry Rate.

Detroit ranks 32nd in the following stats: — Opponent 3rd down conversion rate (52.8%) — Opponent 4th down conversion rate (100%) — Opponent points per game (31.8) — Opponent yards per game (423.8) — Opponent passing yards per game (304) — Opponent first downs per game (28.3) ***31st in opponent redzone conversion rate (82.35%)

Lions defensive players in coverage: DJ Reed: 15/21, 277 yards, 54 YAC, 2 TD Jack Campbell: 17/20, 195 yards, 65 YAC, 2 TD Rock Ya Sin: 17/20, 114 yards, 37 YAC, 1 TD Derrick Barnes: 13/16, 126 yards, 74 YAC, 0 TD Roger McCreary: 10/13, 125 yards, 20 YAC, 1 TD Christian Izien: 11/12, 83 yards, 56 YAC, 1 TD When EVERYONE is struggling, it's scheme based.

Feels generous to Jack Campbell but I am convinced this is much more scheme based than personnel based at this point in time

Don’t love the body language here. Feels like this team lost their swagger on BOTH sides of the ball

Everyone blames Brad Holmes, Aaron Glenn had less talent on defense, and looked better. We started Kindle Vildor at Corner…. This is a coaching issue, 100%

lol

All the way in.

This may be controversial but I think the Lions should take play calling duties away from Kelvin Sheppard for Jim O’Neil who has experience as a DC

I don’t understand why Shep keeps calling LB blitzes. They’re not connecting and the secondary needs
