Protip: When walking into the grocery/retail store, find a healthy person with an emptied cart and offer to take it for them. You'll know it was a healthy person who used the cart last and you'll save them from having to walk it to the cart corral. Bonus if it's an older/handicapped person or someone who has kid(s) to buckle in.
With flu/COVID season approaching, grabbing a cart that's been in the sun for a bit from someone you've observed as healthy makes better sense than salvaging one that was abandoned inside the store.

Daft Punk turned copy-pasting into an art form. They didn't call themselves "sample artists" nor did they go around arguing that "sample art is art". They just treated samples as instruments, and played those instruments damn well.
Same with AI generated media. We are simply moving up the stack.
Democratizing of music production via DAW was a big mistake. People who have never learned an instrument just copy pasting samples from old songs and producing slop as their life depends on it.
