A short reminder re the Duke Lacrosse case. The worst thing the Lacrosse team did was hire a couple of strippers. One of the strippers - Crystal Gail Mangum - lied to police about what happened that evening to cover up her own dubious drinking and drug behavior that led to her later passing out in a taxi cab. Contributing to the hoax was a social justice nurse who asked Mangum a bunch of leading “Were you assaulted or raped?” questions when she was taken to hospital after passing out in the taxi. By the way, Crystal Gail Mangum later served 14 years in jail for stabbing her boyfriend to death. So, yeah. In any event, because of one lie from one person of dubious character, 3 young men nearly went to jail for rape, the Lacrosse team had its season suspended, and the Lacrosse coach was fired. And the 3 young men likely would have been convicted, were it not for having good attorneys who ultimately unraveled that that the DA - who won re-election while all this was happening by campaigning heavily on this case - withheld crucial, exculpatory DNA evidence from the defense. The DA - Mike Nifong - was later disbarred and removed from office for what he did. The point is - these mob justice cases are very dangerous. Innocent people whose worst offense was questionable judgement often go to jail or otherwise have their lives ruined. Keep a close eye on the current mob justice unfolding with the Cornell case - it has all the hallmarks of another Duke Lacrosse.

Don’t tell me that Jane Doe initially saying it was consensual is a “trauma response.” That’s not how real life works, and it’s not how an investigation which may soon be a criminal investigation works. We can’t blindly dismiss everything she said before she finally called it rape as a “trauma response.” Those statements exist, and they’re hers, and they’re exonerating evidence. An honest investigator wouldn’t toss them out. If you’re mad that women aren’t believed more frequently and immediately, be mad at women like Jane Doe who make it impossible to believe them and harder for actual victims to be believed.

I can’t stop shaking my head in disbelief at all of this. I wake up and there 10 more insane theories. This is bananas. Anyone who has spent any time with bodybuilders, elite fitness / figure athletes etc can tell you this theory is nuts. 🤣 How about this theory: Occam's razor. It’s college. A time of experimentation, natural hormonal peaks, & trying to fit in. She was horny. She had group sex. Happens way more often & is thought about way more than people want to admit. I know firsthand. Then the rumor mill starts. Humans are horrible to each other. Especially girls & this young generation all trying to get Clavicular cred/ rich. She gets rejected. By her sorority sisters & the frat. She gets angry. Seeks retribution. The left seizes upon the story & uses it & her as the next Me Too in a mid term October Surprise. She’s their hero.. she found a place to fit in. That’s Occam's razor. That’s just normal human nature playing itself out. We don’t need steroids , red heads require more alcohol , temporary possessions or aliens to understand this. How about this.. how about we stop “slut shaming”. The things that went on in the Greek System when I was in college were wild… and fun.. and there weren’t cell phones, social media. And there weren’t snitches for riches. You signed up for Animal House & you got Animal House. In one sorority , each pledge was given an engraved, clear acrylic box. The girls in house & in the dorms etc all had them. Inside there were screws of different colors. Some had a lot of screws. Some had a few. This wasn’t a sorority dedicated to construction. Nobody shamed the wild girls. They were usually wild for a year. Came back the next. Settled in , studied, found boyfriends & lived happy lives. And in the end.. Is it really the end of civilization if a female likes sex? I’m tired of everyone trying to control everyone else’s lives & socially engineering their behaviors.
I just can’t stop laughing at this. She got out of bed during a supposed “gang rape” and started posing like Jay Cutler. Insane. The theory that Jane Doe was made hyper sexual by taking testosterone enanthionate looks very plausible indeed.

Hurrah, finally a win against a university which failed to protect a male student from harassment following a false allegation. A male college student falsely accused of sexual assault scored a major victory for due process and equal rights late last month, after a federal jury found the University of Maryland failed to protect him from severe harassment after he was falsely accused and ultimately cleared through the school’s own Title IX process. dailywire.com/news/in-landma…

"I'm not Jane Doe! I really hope she was not lying... it makes every woman who stood up for you look terrible." Exactly. This is why we wait for an investigation and we wait for what evidence shows. It is vile to try to ruin someone's life because you don't care if they're guilty or not.

These are the undisputed facts from both sides: -Jane Doe was conscious. -She clearly consented. -She tried to continue a relationship with the alleged rapists afterward. For the men: -They got clear consent. -They stopped when asked to. -Not all of them were conscious. One frat member told Cornell police he was too intoxicated to consent and suggested that Jane Doe assaulted him. Those are the undisputed FACTS, and they make the allegations a hell of a lot harder to reconcile.
NOW: Thousands march through Cornell University campus, demanding Justice for Jane Doe and "Tear Down the Fkn Frats!"

Well let’s see .. I never really ask people if they are a fan before fucking them. It kinda ruins the spontaneity of it all.
