About today's Supreme Court ruling - note the 90-day window
SCOTUS has come down with a 6-3 opinion that allows the use of the SAVE database for review of potential non-citizens. Georgia led the way in showing how best to use it. But it will have little impact on this election as the majority opinion notes we are in the 90 day. Blackout period for systematic list maintenance.
