ALT Flyer for microBrew on Feb 24, 2023. Join us for a Winter microBREW on February 24th from 2-5pm EST. This year's event will be focused on grants that support education-related work. This event is intended as a short workshop to give you information and support as you write your own grants. We'll start with presentations by two grant officers, Dr. Mary Crowe from the NSF and Dr. Rebecca Burgess from the NIH, who will discuss the granting process at their respective organizations. We will additionally feature grantees who will share their experiences with education grants. The session will include breakout rooms for networking, and we will organize peer working groups to help us all keep our grant writing momentum going in the new year. A Zoom happy hour will follow. There is no registration fee. The event is free. Closed captions will be available using the Otter.ai software.
