Anecdotally the most in-demand hires right now (by miles) are colossus engineers
Time to compute is otherworldly
Colossus 1 is 150k H100, 50k H200 and 30k GB200.
Colossus 2 is 110k GB200 and 440k GB300.
Another 220k GB300 will be fully operational next week and another 220k in November. If we get lucky, yet another 220k GB300 by late December.

- A comprehensive startup directory of investors, companies, and operators, including what they worked on and who they worked on it with.
- Cosign graph: Who shaped your career? Who were you actually in the trenches with? Who would work with you again? Who thinks you’re someone to watch?
- Durable reputation: Great endorsements happen every day on X and disappear into the feed. Cosign attaches those signals permanently to people and companies.
- Discovery: Who are the best fintech angels? Which AI companies should I watch? Who are the best designers?
- Intent network: Privately signal “I’d invest in them,” “I’d hire them,” “I’d work with them,” or eventually even “I’d acquire this company.” Match people when interest exists on both sides.

I think this makes sense for AI/agents for “doing” things (like knowledge work, hyper prosumer/productivity)
But most if not all consumers want to *consume* and visuals are required
I’m excited for all the new ways for us to consume things (including new UIs)!
Imagine if personal agents are the future, and that the way you interact with a world is completely through your agent
that means that the entire user interface (UI) layer is dead
And whats left is backend and messaging UI
