Yeah here are some screenshots (I'll be making an intro video soon going through onboarding and such).
First is the Today view, which is all of the things you're tracking for that day. Workouts are synced from Apple Health too so for things like Running or Walking, you dont need to do it manually if you use the Workout app.
Second is the in progress workout view. Today I had a lifting session and its streamlined to handle that. All of the movements were chosen during my onboarding, so I didnt manually create the plan but its easy to swap movements out if I choose to do something different. I also have screens for distance (can use GPS on the Apple Watch too, though I admit I havent tested it as much) and time-based workouts.
Last is the week view. It shows a rundown of the whole week and each movement. Not shown is tapping into each will show you a preview of the that workout.
