Four Palestinian children have died from bacterial meningitis at Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis over the past month, amid severe shortages of antibiotics and essential medical supplies. Dr. Ahmed Al-Farra, head of the hospital’s pediatrics department, reported six confirmed cases in just one month, compared with one or two annually before the war. Among the critically ill is seven-year-old Nassim Saqr, who remains in isolation fighting for his life.

Little Joury Al-Soufi spent her final moments seeking safety in her mother’s arms, repeating softly, "I want to go to my martyred father." But her quiet wishes were cut short when Israeli forces and militia gunfire struck her as she slept inside her family’s fragile tent near the so-called "Yellow Line" south of Khan Younis, killing her in her while she was asleep.

⭕️ Israeli forces began bulldozing Palestinian land for an approximately 11.5-kilometer settlement road linking settlements near Arraba to others south of Jenin. Israeli forces also began demolishing agricultural and commercial structures near Haddad Tourist Village, including greenhouses, agricultural rooms, a car showroom, and a recreational park.
Israeli occupation authorities are carrying out demolitions of Palestinian farming and residential structures along the so-called "bypass road" east of Jenin in the occupied West Bank.

🇵🇸 Mohammed has been waiting for more than a year for medical evacuation from Gaza despite being approved for treatment abroad, after being shot and paralyzed by Israeli forces while trying to access aid. He urgently needs reconstructive urological surgery, and is losing hope, according to a video report shared by his caregivers. He is one of about 21,000 patients awaiting treatment abroad, including 5,600 children, according to Gaza's Health Ministry. More than 2,000 have died waiting since October 2023. Israel blocked medical evacuations for nearly three weeks this month before letting 50 patients out on Oct. 19 and 20. Even before that closure, the ministry says, Israel allowed out about 12 patients a day, a quarter of the 50 a day agreed under the ceasefire. President Trump's Gaza plan, now overseen by his Board of Peace, promised that Palestinians who wish to leave Gaza would be "free to do so and free to return." It remains stalled as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu refuses to act and ratchets up the cruelty before Tuesday's election. 🎥 only_one_lulu (Instagram)

🍞 The bread crisis in Gaza is far from over, with the continued operation of bakeries dependent on the availability of new flour supplies. Despite some bakeries resuming operations after receiving limited supplies, flour quantities remain insufficient to ensure sustained bread production, raising fears of further bakery closures and worsening difficulties for Palestinians in obtaining their daily needs.
