Here's what went down last weekend 💙 Hack on Hardware: @buildwithsrini & @_dc_dhanraj got folks to build their very own AI wearable device in 4 hours and everyone took theirs home. RSVP for the next one: growthx.cc/hh GTM Deep Dive: @hadireza14 had the room split in teams, run GTM on products and defend their strategies. Interested in GTM? Check out: growthx.cc/wg

last sunday, 20 of us built pocket, neo-sapians like wearable in 4 hours. - learnt power, compute, sensors - then how it all fits in a pcb - soldered all of it together - flashed the firmware - used AI to build on top of it learnt so much about how consumer hardware goes from idea to prototype to manufacturing to a product on shelf. massive thanks to @buildwithsrini (founder @PcbCupid) as well as @_dc_dhanraj (head of hardware @AinaInterface) before you ask- yes, we're doing one again. we know how many of you'll wanted to attend last time but we were sold out link to register below 👇

A maker who has shown up to FOSS United Bangalore since the very first meetup. Through Absurd Industries and the IndiaFOSS Open Hardware devroom, Balu wants to bring fresh energy and weirder experiments to the community. He's on the ballot for the 2026 Governing Board.

This and the gap in Indian logistics resonates across industries, one way or another. We face so many problems with logistics, only BlueDart works in India much better and they also screw up about 3% of the time and expensive. Seeing how logistics work in china, we have a long way to go here in India.
🚨 Indian logistics companies have found the perfect scam: steal from D2C brands and let the customer take the blame. Here’s how it works: → Prepaid order gets “cancelled” without the customer or brand knowing → Brand gets charged two-way delivery fees for an order nobody cancelled → Small items get shipped back in oversized boxes to inflate the RTO cost → Customer calls in confused: “I never cancelled this, I was waiting for it” The brand loses the product, the shipping cost, the RTO cost, and the customer relationship. In one transaction. Every D2C founder in India has lived this. Not once. On repeat. And the wildest part? This is a multi thousand crore leak across the industry and almost nobody is building to fix it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

This might shock you. An 8-year-old hardware and AI builder and a former Army officer are teaming up to create new-age, hands-on learning products for corporate teams and schools. It sounds unusual. That is precisely why it matters. I have spent years facilitating 300+ leadership and team experiences for teams at Deloitte, Genpact, GE, Bank of America, Kantar, Satyam and more. Laksh has spent his childhood building 170+ projects -robots, hardware, offline AI and physical-AI experiments. Not studying the future from slides. Building it at hackathons, startups and working with different people across geographies. Now we are bringing those worlds together through Circuit Heroes. People will not just talk about communication, leadership or AI. They will build, test, fail, adapt and make something work together. Because answers are now everywhere. The real advantage is knowing how to make things work. We live it everyday. We just put it in writing as our manifesto: circuitheroes.com/manifesto

Happy to share that the first idea from PBL Robotics to receive support is Laksh’s air controller. @LionCircuits and @PcbCupid are supporting the design, fabrication, boards and build process. Grateful to @MuraliSrinivasa, @buildwithsrini and their teams for believing in the idea and helping move it forward. The objective is simple: pilot 100 devices and get them into the hands of real users. Laksh will keep innovating, fine-tuning the code, and building the interface and agentic software behind it. I will help take it to market. We will announce pre-booking soon. Real work. Real results. Real failures or successes. Make things work. lakshveer.com/robotics/build…
We built a new page - PBL Robotics. lakshveer.com/robotics Whatever Laksh builds next - robots, drones, offline-AI devices, physical-AI experiments and more - will be shared publicly there, and documented on his personal website in the Builds section. Lakshveer.com. Sharing his work so far has brought messages from people willing to help, collaborate and support at different places. Though we need support, we are unable to process everything. We thought: why keep that informal and scattered? If a specific idea interests you, or you want to support Laksh’s larger building journey, you can reach out to partner, mentor, collaborate, contribute financially, in kind, or in any other meaningful way. The point is to turn ideas into reality. Make things work.
