@flyvolaris Got completely screwed by this airline this morning. Showed up at Otay Mesa couple hours before our flight. Computers weren’t working so they insisted that my children go through the CBX Bridge crossing on their own and check in on the other side. Flight missed!

Made my son give him his credit card to pay $150 for a re-booking. I drove across the border to wait six hours with them for the next flight. Never again @flyvolaris
