While I agree, he very much IS the coordinator of the offense as he calls his schemes.
He’s produced a great culture, but he also can’t be absolved of criticism just because Brian Flores’ unit has lead them to being 4-0.
It’s a playoff win or bust for him this season.

I really wanted to "WELL ACKTUALLY" this post but I checked and Caleb Williams has never logged a single game with a TTT under 2.50 seconds.
The gap between the Bears' backups in Weeks 3 and 4 and Caleb Williams' career under Ben Johnson is hard to explain by luck alone.
Could be the opponents or other factors, but certainly something to closely monitor as sample size grows.

Okay, I’m at the “acceptance” stage where this Vikings team will eventually come back to earth, but still get in the playoffs only for this offense to once again embarrass themselves in a first round blowout. Hopefully ownership will make the call & give Flores the keys.
