How very sad to hear Tanya Roberts has passed at 65. From everything I’ve heard, a really lovely person. She was stunning in A View to a Kill and I love her and Roger enjoying quiche and wine together. #RIPTanyaRoberts

This week, I’ll be doing 100 push-ups and 16 hours of fasting every day.
If you do the push-ups in sets of 10 over the course of the day, it’s not too hard at all.
