Programmable calendar sync for humans and AI agents

To you, "Focus time" means do not book. To everyone else it reads "probably fine". Copying the block over from another calendar? A sync rule can show the copy as Busy. That's the one people leave alone.

Sync rules can now match by time of day, on your own clock. "After 17:00" catches a 16:00 call that runs to 17:30 — it goes by overlap, not start time. Follows daylight saving, wraps past midnight (22:00–06:00). In the visual builder and in code. calendarpipe.com/whats-new?u…

Your company blocks third-party calendar apps? Don't connect the work calendar at all. Connect your own, and have its events emailed to your work address as ordinary invites. Accept them like any meeting. Nothing installed. Nothing for IT to approve. calendarpipe.com/blog/calend…

Before the railways, London to Liverpool meant setting your watch back twelve minutes. Each town kept Sun time. Timetables can't work like that. The railways forced one standard; the law followed in 1880. Standard time was installed, not discovered. calendarpipe.com/?utm_source…

Your password manager can now generate, save and fill your CalendarPipe password — iPhone Password AutoFill included. Sign up, sign in, change it in settings. The account that connects your calendars deserves a password nobody had to remember. calendarpipe.com/whats-new?u…

Half the team shows up at 10. The other half at 11. Move it once. With a sync rule, the copy on your other calendar follows the original — the new time, or gone when you cancel it.

A first sync of a big calendar rarely lands in one go. Now the rule says so. It reads Partially synced, with a count of events still waiting. They're retried next sync, and the count falls to zero over a few runs. Can't write at all? That's still Error. calendarpipe.com/whats-new?u…

Your weekly meeting isn't 52 events. It's one event plus a rule. So "move just this one" can't edit a date — there's no list. It adds an exception, and every exception has to be matched back to its series. The smallest-looking button in your calendar. calendarpipe.com/?utm_source…

Your partner books the pediatrician for 3 PM. Your work calendar now shows you're busy. Not why. CalendarPipe syncs Google, Outlook and Apple calendars with rules you choose. Free for 2 calendars. calendarpipe.com/?utm_source…

The dentist at 3pm doesn't need a name on your work calendar. It needs to be in the way. Personal appointments can mirror across as opaque busy blocks — same hours, no titles. Colleagues stop booking over them without learning what they are. calendarpipe.com/blog/block-…

Send your events to another address as invitations, then sync that calendar back, and they could return as strangers. Duplicates. CalendarPipe now recognises the invitations it sent for you and skips them. A colleague's invitation is still a real event. calendarpipe.com/whats-new?u…

An all-day event isn't a length. It's a date with no time attached. So every calendar decides for itself when it starts, and they don't all agree. Cross a boundary and the birthday, the holiday, the deadline lands a day out. Nobody notices until somebody misses it.

Sync a big calendar for the first time and the provider on the other end often says: not this fast. A sync now eases off when that happens, retries what was refused, and hands the rest to the next run. It won't mark work done that it didn't do. calendarpipe.com/whats-new?u…

On 29 December 2011, Samoa went to bed and woke up on the 31st. The 30th never happened. Samoa moved to the west side of the date line overnight, and Tokelau went with it. A date can be deleted by decree, and every calendar has to agree by morning. calendarpipe.com/?utm_source…

20260918T090000 and 20260918T090000Z are not the same time. The first floats: 09:00 wherever you're standing. Fly to New York, still 09:00. The second is UTC. In New York it lands at 5am. One character. Only one of them travels. calendarpipe.com/?utm_source…

Two accounts. Two calendars. Both called "Calendar". Calendar pickers now group calendars under the account they come from, so the same name twice is no longer a coin flip. calendarpipe.com/whats-new?u…

Your work calendar says Thursday at 2 is free. Your freelance calendar agrees. They've never met. Double-booking isn't a discipline problem. It's two systems answering confidently about a week only you can see in full.

Booking pages are here. Share one link, people pick from your real free slots — and "real" is the point. You choose which calendars block time, and a rule decides which events count. The invite you never answered doesn't have to. calendarpipe.com/whats-new?u…

When someone asks for your calendar, they're asking one thing: when are you free. You can mirror it into a second calendar with every title replaced by "Busy". Same hours, no explanations. Hide the what, never the when. calendarpipe.com/blog/hide-e…

Some years have 53 ISO weeks, not 52. A year gets the extra one if it starts on a Thursday, or if it's a leap year starting on a Wednesday. Anything numbering weeks 1 to 52 works fine until it doesn't, once, in late December. calendarpipe.com/?utm_source…
