Do we all agree that the home plate umpire must have left his glasses at home?

I was told that Braves fans weren’t serious baseball fans because Truist Park wasn’t sold out during 2pm games on a weekday. So what’s excuse for Dodger’s fans on a Saturday afternoon?

I don’t think the heat will get to the Braves. After all here in Georgia we’re used to a humid heat.

Especially after watching the pregame and they were already kissing L.A.s butt. Could they at least pretend to be impartial?

This terrifies me. Absolutely frozen in fear.

Fire. Because people will come running if they think there is a fire. But they won’t if they think someone is in danger.
You wanna see a trick we're taught as little girls? Women, if you're ever being sexuałly assaułted, what's the one word you were taught to scream?

A little bit about Ray Kerr. Atlanta’s starting pitcher at last night’s incredible game against the Phillies. The 32 years old pitcher has come a long way. An absent mother and a father who was in and out of prison Kerr was raised in foster care. When in college he had to set his baseball career aside to go to work. Stocking shelves at his local 7-11 and sweeping popcorn at the movie theater. Just think of it raised in the foster care system to working at a 7-11 to being the starting pitcher for the Atlanta Braves in a do or die Wild Card game against the Phillies. And he was phenomenal. Cool as a cucumber. As Ray Kerr stated when asked about his outing at a post season playoff game. “I’ve had a hard past. This is nothing to me. Just another Thursday.” Well Ray this past Thursday you stepped up to the pitcher’s mound and were outstanding for 3 1/3 innings in your first ever postseason game. And walked off a Braves legend. nytimes.com/athletic/7555585…
