But who exactly is Cher Ndour?
He is 22 years old. A 6’3” midfielder Italian international who plays for Fiorentina.
Ndour is a tall, versatile central midfielder, primarily a No. 8, but capable of playing as a deeper No. 6 or further forward as a No. 10. He is athletic box-to-box midfielder who can carry the ball and cover grounds. In fact he is liken to Paul Pogba.
His career has already taken him through Benfica, PSG, Braga, Beşiktaş and now Fiorentina, so he has experienced four of Europe’s major leagues before even turning 23.

The next morning, I stepped outside and found Ryan waiting by his gate.
He smiled.

I rolled my eyes. “You’re too confident.”

He laughed.
Then he walked closer.
“I have a question.”
“What?”
“Dinner again tonight?”
I opened my mouth to say no.
But somehow, the word that came out was…
