For Disney, there is nothing really wrong with making something like this occasionally. Just understand who you are and what expectations should be.

Due to the way we were treated and our experience trying to make our connection to California at BNA today, I plan to cancel my return trip with @SouthwestAir and rebook with @Delta
Over the years I have stopped flying airlines due to repeated poor service and outright being treated horrible. Looks like Southwest is going to join that list.
