🌞GMorning Greeters ! 👋 Base beyond the daily GM: exploring an ecosystem where stocks are becoming programmable September on ChainGreets is focused on MAINNET activity. Throughout the month, Greeters can join the campaign by staying active across supported mainnets, creating original content about ChainGreets, or completing the dedicated Base + Robinhood + Soneium track. Since @base is one of the three networks highlighted this month, its ChainGreets ecosystem page is now live and has been expanded to help users go beyond the daily GM/GN and explore more of what is being built onchain. ChainGreets starts simple: one GM, one GN, one chain at a time. But on Base, that daily interaction can easily become the entry point to a broader route: Bridge → Swap → Identity → Lending → Tokenized Stocks → Yield And over the last few weeks, Base has become especially interesting because of one major development: Coinbase Tokenized Stocks. These assets are issued on Base using B20, Base’s ERC-20-compatible token standard. The current official lineup includes names such as NVDAc, AAPLc, GOOGLc, METAc, AMZNc, MSFTc and TSLAc, alongside several others. What matters here is not only that stocks exist onchain, but that they are becoming composable. Instead of simply sitting in a wallet, these assets can increasingly interact with DeFi.

That ecosystem is already starting to take shape. @aeroxyz provides liquidity and trading infrastructure for tokenized stocks on Base, while lending protocols are beginning to make some of these assets usable as collateral. @Morpho already has live USDC lending markets backed by selected tokenized stocks, including AAPLc, GOOGLc, NVDAc, METAc and SPCXc. @aave is also moving in that direction. A recent governance proposal outlines a dedicated Aave V4 Equities Hub on Base, where major B20 equities could be used as collateral to borrow USDC. That market is not live yet, but it shows where things are heading: Tokenized stocks are moving from simple trading assets toward programmable financial building blocks. A familiar name: @Zyfai_ 👀 Zyfai focuses on risk-adjusted yield, using rule-based agents to put supported assets to work across vetted DeFi pools while keeping everything under the user’s own Smart Account and predefined rules. The idea is not simply to chase the highest APY. Instead, Zyfai automates allocation and rebalancing while taking protocol selection, risk parameters and user permissions into account, with the user remaining in control of the assets. Zyfai now also supports selected Coinbase Tokenized Stocks, with confirmed support for: NVDAc, AAPLc, METAc and GOOGLc alongside core assets such as USDC, WETH and cbBTC. That makes it a good example of where Base is heading: tokenized stocks can move beyond simple holding or trading and become part of managed, self-custodial DeFi strategies.
