This is a widespread epidemic in the horror space that has been building up since around 2016 and nobody has the balls to blame the culprits (women and homosexuals).
Not going to lie, Resident Evil has been exhausting to talk about, as soon as people started idolizing the characters like Kpop stars. Some people don't even like these characters as much as they say they do, since the previous versions are usually ignored anyway.
