Is this the only way to legally STOP THE BOATS? 1. Demand that the French allow our SAR vessels bring the migrants immediately back to French shores. 2. If France refuses, immediately stop all payments of the small boats deal. 3. If France still refuses, enforce visa requirements for French citizens.
