Practice detachment in small doses.
Sometimes it’s as simple as wanting to text back badly… and choosing not to.
Not because you don’t care.
Because you’re learning that you don’t have to obey every urge.
I have a friend who has seven older sisters.
He was one of the best guys I knew at getting women to go out with him.
I always wondered why.
Then it hit me.
He'd spent his entire life around women.
They weren't mysterious to him.
He wasn't intimidated by them.
He didn't put them on a pedestal.
They were normal.
So what if you could recreate that?
Go deep cover.
Find an environment where women are everywhere and immerse yourself in it.
But here's the mindset:
You're not there to get a date.
You're not there to get numbers.
You're not there to impress anyone.
You're there to learn.
Observe. Interact. Listen. Play.
Take the pressure completely off yourself.
You're not trying to get women.
You're learning how to become natural around them.
Dudes, you’re allowed to mess with women a little.
You’re at work and she starts bossing everybody around:
“Wow, you’re gonna be supervisor in no time. 😉”
She starts correcting everyone:
“Okay, I see who runs this place.”
If a woman starts dumping a ridiculous amount of relationship drama on you, you might say:
"Have you tried calling the Maury Povich Show? You could tell them all about it."
If you have severe social anxiety, don't start with conversation. Start with small wins.
When it's your turn at the counter: 1 second of eye contact + slight brow lift + small upward nod + half-smile.
At the end, say, "Have a good one."
Small wins build real confidence.
You don't have to spend a dime on a chick to get her to like you. There are so many free things to do that don't cost money... Meet at an art gallery opening, or a free concert in the park, or walk the beach. These are great ways to vet her to make sure she's cool...
Most guys think attraction comes from spending money.
Meanwhile…
