I thought our issues with @AmericanAir were over but got a surprise $566 charge as they contest the chargeback from months ago, because Steph and V made it to DFW. THAT WAS NOT THE FINAL DESTINATION. They didn't even get them home, had to go Southwest.

That doesn't sound like a fun surprise for either of us. We're open to reviewing the refund details. All we'll need are the ticket numbers in question sent to DM.

Know what? Fine. You're DMed. Let's see if you actually will try to help. That would make you the FIRST AA rep to do so.

You didn't actually READ the DMs. They aren't marked as seen. You just sent a generic response and a link to file a complain, ignoring we already did.

Then why did you send a generic response with a link to file a claim (which we did, you rejected - hence the chargeback0 instead of actually addressing the problem?

If the chargeback request is in process, our Customer Relations team or Refunds wouldn't be able to review your request further until that's been resolved.

Again, you didn't read what I wrote. The chargeback was processed months ago. Somehow, we got a new charge from American today as it tries to claw back HALF of what was charged back. I wish you'd read what I DMed you.

If you submitted a claim with our Customer Relations team, DM us that reference number to review the details. It'll start with a 1-.

I'm going to repeat this - the claim was denied MONTHS ago. We did a chargeback, and got it. Now your company is sending us a charge, trying to get half the chargeback back.
Also, the link you gave us? We're getting a "higher than average activity" error with it.

I am imploring you to look at this screencap I am sending you of my last tweet where I told you EVERY time we go to the link you sent us, we get a "higher activity than normal" error message. That is why nothing new can be submitted.
