Well I have already contacted @PersimmonHomes via their swansea/West Wales branch and they didn’t want to know about this Extreme poor craftsmanship. How this even pass commissioning report, the quality checks and sign off for the boiler installation?

Great... boiler has packed in due to water Increscent through the flute pipe. Due to @PersimmonHomes poor craftsmanship. Leaving us without hot water and heating. Not what you expected from a new build!! Pipe wedges up with a stone.
