Rape is evil, and rape allegations should be taken very seriously and investigated thoroughly. However, this case is clearly bullshit within 60 seconds of inspection. The motive is crystal clear. The girl was obsessed with clav for many months, got rejected from any possibility of a relationship, felt very vindictive, and sought revenge and money through a false accusation. We really live in a society where a woman can satiate all her desires for worldwide attention and a 6 figure payout just from making up one lie about “he had sex with me while I was sleeping”. I also wouldn’t be surprised if her current boyfriend heavily persuaded her to file the charges. “Well yeah baby I got fucked by clav and orbited him for months and begged for him but… uh… it was… rape..?” “Well that’s very serious, you should report it to the police!” These blatantly false accusations are so harmful - not only to the man being accused, but to actual rape victims who are having their trauma be undermined by some dumb girl trying to get some petty revenge.
