I don't think I've talked about Searchingforchin here before, but they're one of the Canadian screamo bands that imo deserved more attention. recommend their album "Context". Discovered them from their split with The Wolfnote. Cool to finally have one of their releases!

Goatsblood - Drull (2003)
If I made a list of essential Vancouver bands, Goatsblood would be up near the top. Some of the angriest doomiest sludge metal you'll ever hear. This album is crushing all the way through and I can't get enough of it. I'd kill for a reunion show.
