MIL just stacked with good young players something the Padres have the opposite of. AJs built a team good enough to make the playoffs yr after yr but we've had a team good enough to win a WS one time in his tenure because hes traded away our entire farm of excellent young players for Robbie Rays and Casey Mizes to put bandaids on a gushing wound that is close to bleeding this franchise out with Manny and Xander about to be another yr or even 2 possibly with the lockout looming. 2024 was the yr we had an actual WS contender and this yr we were close but unfortunately it looks like we were another SP and power bat away. That game 2 goes differently we're having a different convo rn. Jose, Kwanza, and AJ have alot of work ahead of them.

Austin Hays is 0-9 this postseason after grounding into an inning ending double play. Followed by light boos at Petco Park.

Being afraid to let Walker Buehler face a handful of lefties twice but letting Brewers hitters see Bradgley Rodriguez four games in a row is the type of fear-based, illogical and counterproductive move that gets teams eliminated. Epidemic across baseball in the postseason.

Austin Hays useless

I despise watching Austin Hays at the plate
