I completed a Motor Preference Assessment at The Gasso Center of Excellence. I gained SO much new information about how my body naturally moves and how I can use those movement patterns to continue developing my game. One of the coolest moments came during my assessment with Casey. Without ever seeing me pitch, Casey evaluated my natural movements and was able to identify exactly which pitches are my strengths. 🤯🥎 Seeing the connection between how my body is naturally wired to move and what I do in the circle was incredible! It was great to get back on the field this weekend with my @SelectFP09 team playing up in the USSSA high school A division. We finished second in the championship losing to our SF Chester 18u team 3-2. Lots of good contact this weekend, just didn’t find the holes.
